Bill Thalheimer, CEO
Mr. Thalheimer led a series of successful businesses in the past and has specialized in management of restructured and emerging technology companies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Northern Elastomeric, Inc., a proprietary manufacturer of roofing underlayment, air barrier products, and weather proofing products in the building materials market. From 1997-2004 he served as CEO and President of Imaging Automation Inc., a venture funded business that supplied imaging solutions for the photo identification and document management imaging markets primarily for use in border control and identification issuance. Prior to that, Mr. Thalheimer served as Co-Chairman of the Board and COO of VST Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of power supplies and peripherals for the Apple and PC laptop industry. He is also CEO of ANDalyze, Inc., which offers products for testing water contamination using catalytic DNA technologies.
Ron van Os, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. van Os started as Director of Business Development with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and has an extensive international background with achievements in Asia-Pacific, Central-Asia, Europe Middle-East and Africa, as well as a strong US domestic background. Following EDS Mr. van Os served as V.P. of Global Business Development at Sabre Decision Technologies, a billion-dollar American Airlines technology division which was eventually spun off as a separate entity. One of the hugely successful solutions which came out of this activity was Travelocity.com. He served as Senior V.P. and Chief Product officer of L-1 Identity Solutions, expanding global market share from <20% to 70% and boosting revenue from $5M to $45M in four years, and served as Executive V.P. and COO of Imaging Automation, where he played an instrumental role to set the company up for an acquisition by Viisage (later L-1 Identity Solutions (NYSE: ID). Over the last decade Mr. van Os has been instrumental in launching several new businesses, products and markets for small to mid-size private and publicly held companies. In addition he also successfully worked in various turnaround assignments.
